During last few years, I have got a chance to compare the intellectuals and education systems of developing nation like ours with developed and industrialized countries. I have come across many deficiencies not in our education system but in people who are involved in this industry. As we all know that education is a definite process of acquisition of knowledge, beliefs, skills and values.
